Border-Pap Jet's Puppy Session

Meet Border-Pap Jet! Yep, he’s that cool combination of Border Collie and Papillon, and at 6 months old, he’s also 15 lbs of sugar, spice, and everything nice and playful!

Since Jet is still a puppy, I made sure to get shots of every angle of his rapidly changing body and coat, including the precious junior man-mane that's sprouting up on his neck.

A puppy photo session with me is a great experience for a baby dog: I allow plenty of time for pups to acclimate and make sure to keep it fun, extra low-key, and full of treats and toys — so your puppy is likely to leave a bit more confident than when they arrived. Confidence is key to a happy dog!

In fact, I think puppy sessions are so important, I offer a Puppy Puppy Puppy package which includes 3 sessions for the price of 2! Ideally, the sessions take place at approximately 8 weeks, 16 weeks, and 1 year of age to show the huge changes from tiny baby to young adult.

The sessions can be in my studio, outdoors, or a combination of both and each session includes more than an hour of shooting time. Ultimately, not only do you receive a full set of images documenting the first year of your pup’s life, you’re giving your pup valuable, novel experiences in a very caring and experienced environment.

Jet’s precocious spirit and the fun he was having shine through in each one of these images. I especially love it when people jump in a few photos with their pups as Jet’s person Lynn did in these.
